Hi, I'm Brooke!
I’ve been a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) since 2009, and helping people move better and get out of pain has been one of the greatest joys of my career. My husband and I have been married for almost 20 years, and together we’re raising our four amazing kids. My faith forms who I am and shapes the way I care for others with compassion, honesty, and a genuine desire to help people heal. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, traveling, being outdoors, and just about anything related to health and wellness. I also have a love for interior design and creating peaceful, welcoming spaces where people can truly relax.
For the first 12 years of my career, I practiced traditional physical therapy. While I loved working with my patients, I often felt like something was missing. So many people would come to therapy for months, finally start feeling better, and then end up right back where they started after one awkward movement or flare-up. I knew there had to be a better way to help people achieve lasting results instead of temporary relief.
That search eventually led me to Fascial Counterstrain, and it completely changed the way I practice. This gentle, specialized treatment looks beyond the symptoms to find the underlying cause of pain and dysfunction. Instead of simply chasing where it hurts, we work to restore normal function by treating the body as a whole—because everything is connected.
Since learning Fascial Counterstrain, I’ve been blessed to help hundreds of people experience meaningful improvements, with many noticing significant changes in just a few visits. Seeing someone who has been struggling for months, or even years, finally begin to feel like themselves again is something I’ll never get tired of.
I truly believe our bodies were created with an incredible ability to heal when given the right support. My goal is to help you understand what’s really causing your pain, restore the way your body was designed to function, and help you get back to doing the things you love. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone walk through my door feeling frustrated and discouraged and leave with hope, confidence, and a renewed sense that healing is possible.
Helping people get their lives back isn’t just what I do, it’s truly a privilege and something I’m deeply passionate about.
I look forward to being part of your journey.
